Some teams rent space. Others rent gear. We built our own.
At Cicospace, we’re not a freelance crew that shows up with a tripod and leaves. We operate a full-service video production studio for keynote speakers out of our headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. This includes our own private keynote theater and a full-scale simulated stage environment. These aren’t rentals. They’re ours. And they were built with one mission: help keynote speakers look like they belong on the biggest stages.
Founded by Aaron Knipp, Cicospace exists to give speakers a visual advantage others can’t match. Our team works full-time in this world. We don’t do weddings. We don’t do commercials. We film speakers. That’s why we’re better. Because we’ve done it more than anyone else.
Inside Our Scottsdale HQ
Our headquarters in Scottsdale has two key production environments:
1. The Simulated Stage
This is our main production showpiece. A massive LED wall stage, modeled after what you see at large conferences and keynote events. We bought one. We installed it in a warehouse. And we designed the lighting and angles so that when you step on that stage, it looks like you’re already booked at the biggest event of your career.
This isn’t a green screen. It’s a real set with high-end lighting, depth, and motion. On camera, it looks like you’re on a main stage in front of a packed room.
2. The Interview + Direct-to-Camera Setup
On the other side of the studio, we’ve built out clean, premium setups for:
Podcast-style interviews
Direct-to-camera messaging
Social cuts and bureau assets
It’s ideal for speakers who need polish between events or want to add context to their reels.
Our Theater Access: Real Stages, Full Control
Our studio is in Scottsdale. Our theaters are in Phoenix. And both are fully run by our in-house team.
These are real working theaters. Used regularly for TEDx events, conferences, professional performances, and community productions. We don’t rent these spaces occasionally. We have full private access for production.
TEDx-Style Theater
Seats up to 300 people
Clean lines, elevated lighting
Feels intimate but elevated
Often used for local TEDx and storytelling events
Conference-Style Theater
Seats up to 1,500
Built-in retractable video wall
Feels like you’re delivering a keynote at a major national conference
Designed for large-scale productions and presentations
Disclosure: While we can host events, these theaters are reserved for closed production. That means you get the space to yourself. No outside noise. No competing setup. Just you, your message, and a professionally staged environment ready to deliver on camera.
Why It Matters
Most speaker footage is limited by the room, the lighting, the tech crew, or the event agenda. We built around that problem.
When you shoot with Cicospace, you get the production value of a major event without waiting for one. You don’t just look ready. You look chosen. We’re a video production company for keynote speakers, and this space was built to show speakers as they want to be seen.
